This cottage was originally built in the 1940s and offers a sizeable front patio with a gas barbecue and outdoor dining set, and is kid and pet-friendly, and has a fully fenced yard.  The living room features a gas log fireplace, large flat panel TV, dining for six, and a home office off to one end.  The kitchen with skylight has the electric range and a dishwasher, and a view of the ocean at the kitchen sink.  The front bedroom has a new Cal King bed and a half bathroom.  The back bedroom has a new queen bed, a writing desk, and overhead skylight, and plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. The hall full bathroom is shared by all and has a small walk-in shower and a separate bathtub.
