This unique, bohemian cottage, built during the early Carmel Arts and Crafts period has a great location, and is only three blocks up to the shopping and dining district, three blocks down to Carmel Beach, and a short walk to special events in Pebble Beach along the fairways. The newly renovated 4th Avenue walk is very pedestrian and dog friendly, and the neighborhood is vibrant and lively during the day, quiet and peaceful at night.

Built on a small corner lot, the cottage creates a spaciousness with an upstairs great room with soaring ceilings, extravagant antler chandeliers, large stone fireplace, skylights, grand windows on either end, and an all clear heart redwood interior. The great room serves as master bedroom, living room, and home office combined, the downstairs ground floor offers a cozy guest room with two twin beds, a full bathroom with shower over tub, good size galley style kitchen, and dining room with small wood burning fireplace. Although this is a dog friendly property, the yard is not enclosed, but the neighborhood and beach are dog friendly, so daily walks are a must!
